Wisdom From The Woods reminded me that I have overcome challenges in the past and I will again.

I can now put names to the places and strategies that work for me.


The book helped me return to “mindfulness.”  

Journaling worked for me in the past as I practiced journaling during two of the most difficult periods in my life.  I knew I had successfully accomplished the challenge when I felt there was nothing more to journal about.

It was also helpful to read so many other success stories and experiences.
